About PMCM
Elson M. Haas, MD is the founder and director of the Preventive Medical Center of Marin (PMCM), an Integrated Healthcare Facility in San Rafael, California.
Preventive Medical Center of Marin, Inc. has been at the same location since 1984, initially as the Marin Clinic of Preventive Medicine and Health Education and currently as PMCM, having been incorporated in 1993. The Center's office space has been expanded on two occasions in order to provide more room for the ever-increasing patient visits as well as for the growing number of practitioners who have become affiliated with PMCM.
PMCM practitioners currently include medical doctors, an osteopathic physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, nutritionist and nutrition educator, a medical intuitive, and massage therapist. We have a wonderful team of people that truly enjoy working together and serving people with quality health care. We also are the only Integrated Medicine Clinic that takes on the challenge of contracting with many common insurance companies, such as Blue Shield, Blue Cross, United Health Care, Pacific Care, and InterPlan.
